Cranberry Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2/3 c. margarine
3 eggs
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. nuts
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. mashed overripe bananas
1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce
Preparation

Cream sugar and margarine.
Add eggs and blend.
Add flour, baking soda, nuts and bananas.
Blend well.
Stir in cranberry sauce.
Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes at 325\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Better the next day.
Freezes well.
