Chicken Cacciatore A La Forgia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. rosemary
    2 cloves garlic
    2 (29 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    chicken (enough to serve your family)
Preparation
    In a little olive oil, brown chicken.
    Add tomatoes, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    Cook at a simmer at least one hour. The longer, the better!
    Serve on a bed or rice.
