Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 corn tortillas
    1 c. bottled picante sauce
    2 c. low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
    1 c. shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray with Pam a 6 x 10-inch baking pan. Stack tortillas and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
    Heat for 10 minutes.
    While tortillas are heating, spread 1/3 cup picante in bottom of pan.
    Combine cottage cheese, 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
