Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water over 2 c. 100% Nabisco Bran
1 heaping c. Crisco
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
4 c. Kellogg's All-Bran
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Put in 1-quart jars or plastic containers.
May store in refrigerator.
Keeps 2 weeks. To bake, put in greased muffin pans.
Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Each quart makes 20 muffins.
