Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. peaches
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Place peaches in baking pan.
Sprinkle with lemon juice. Sift together dry ingredients.
Add egg and toss with fork until crumbly.
Sprinkle on peaches.
Drizzle with butter and bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
