Creamed Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 medium onions
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Peel onions and cook
    in large amount of boiling salted water until tender (about
    20
    to
    30
    minutes).\tDrain.\tMelt butter in large saucepan;
    add
    flour and blend.
    Stir in milk and cook slowly until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add onions. Heat through for
    several
    minutes
    and\tserve.\tGarnish
    with parsley or paprika.
