Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white corn syrup
1 c. roasted peanuts
1 tsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In a 1 1/2 qt. casserole, stir together sugar and syrup. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
Stir in peanuts and microwave on high for 3 to 5 minutes till light brown.
Add butter and vanilla to syrup, blend and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes.
