Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Sift together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
In saucepan, put oil, water, butter and cocoa and bring to a boil.
Pour over dry ingredients and mix well.
Mix together eggs, vanilla and buttermilk and add to batter.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased sheet pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
