Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onion
    1 c. carrots
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. prepared instant potatoes
    1 c. water
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Chop celery, onion and carrots; saute in margarine until tender.
    Add spices.
    Cook 4 cups potatoes in 1 cup water until soft.
    Add sauted vegetables, spices and prepared instant potatoes.
    To all this, add milk.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
