Breading - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. water
3 c. bread crumbs
Preparation

You will need three bowls.
In one bowl, mix eggs, water and salt and pepper.
In a second bowl, put flour.
In third bowl, bread crumbs.
Whatever you are breading, start with dipping into flour, turning to insure all parts covered with flour.
Then dip into egg mixture.
Let drip a little and finally dip into bread crumbs. You should press the bread crumbs down into whatever you are breading so the crumbs will adhere.
