Dilly Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. nonfat cream cheese
1 tsp. dried dill
4 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. frozen precooked tiny shrimp, thawed
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Place cottage cheese, cream cheese, dill, onion and lemon juice in food processor or blender.
Cover and process until smooth.
Spoon mixture into bowl and stir in shrimp.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
