Sausage And Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 lb. mild sausage
    2 c. quick cooking grits
    1 tsp. salt
    8 c. boiling water
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Brown sausage.
    Drain well.
    Cook grits 5 minutes in boiling salted water.
    Add butter and cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    Add eggs, milk and sausage.
    Mix well.
    Pour into 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
