Krumkaker - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, weighed in shell
flour (same weight as eggs)
sugar (same weight as eggs)
butter (same weight as eggs)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cardamom
Preparation

Melt butter and cool.
Beat eggs and sugar well.
Then add vanilla, cardamom, butter and flour.
Mix thoroughly.
Put batter on krumkake iron with teaspoon.
Bake until golden brown, about 30 to 40 seconds.
Remove and quickly shape into cones or on a stick.
