Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. shortening
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix the first 4 ingredients.
Blend well, then add dry ingredients alternately with water.
Last, add nuts.
Pour into 2 large loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
