Rich Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 c. lukewarm milk
    1 c. softened butter
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine yeast and remaining ingredients in bowl.
    Beat until smooth.
    Dough will be very soft. Cover with damp cloth.
    Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.
    Shape as desired.
