1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine (soft)
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
Preparation

Mix flour, baking cocoa and baking soda in small bowl.
Cream margarine, 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in egg and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients; mix well.
Combine powdered sugar and 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter in a small bowl; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Shape chocolate mixture around peanut butter balls covering completely.
Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 9 minutes or until slightly cracked.
