Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 8-inch 1-crust pie (prepared frozen)
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. molasses
    3/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. very strongly brewed coffee
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs, molasses, syrup, coffee, melted butter, salt and vanilla.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Combine pecans and flour.
    Add to egg mixture.
    Stir to mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
    Let cool to room temperature before cutting. Makes 6 to 8 portions.
