White Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Bring the margarine and water to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add flour, sugar and salt.
    Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda.
    Pour batter into greased 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan. Batter will be thin.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 22 minutes or until cake tests done.
    (Can be baked in 9 x 13-inch pan for 25 minutes.)
