Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. water
4 eggs
2 tsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Beat all ingredients in blender.
Let stand 1 hour.
Thin, if necessary.
Pour 2 tablespoons batter into moderately heated 6-inch greased skillet.
Tilt pan to spread; fry until golden brown on each side.
Fill with whatever you like.
