Rich Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    6 c. milk
    3 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Prepare freezer.
    In saucepan, beat eggs well; add sugar and milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, just until mixture comes to boiling.
    Cool, beating occasionally with rotary beater.
    When cool, add cream and vanilla.
    Pour into freezer can.
    Freeze as directed.
