Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
To this, add a mixture of eggs, milk and vanilla.
Mix well.
Pour in hot oil and cover with confectioners sugar.
