Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8-inch pie shell (can make your own or buy deep dish frozen one)
1/2 lb. crumbled crisp bacon
1/2 onion, sauteed
1 c. Cheddar or Swiss cheese, grated
3 eggs
1/2 c. condensed (evaporated) milk
1/2 c. half and half
Preparation

If pie shell is frozen, bake shell for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0. Prick sides and bottom well.
Fill the shell with the bacon, onion and grated cheese.\tOver the top, pour mixture of eggs, condensed milk and half and half.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or less if brown on top.
