Argentina Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head lettuce
1 can marinated artichoke hearts
1 c. pitted green olives
2 Tbsp. white vinegar
3 Tbsp. Italian olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 chives, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Tear lettuce into small pieces.
Drain artichoke hearts, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
Combine lettuce, artichokes and olives in large bowl.
Combine reserved liquid, vinegar, olive oil, salt, paprika, mayo, chives and Parmesan cheese.
Pour over lettuce mixture.
Toss until well mixed.
