Ingredients

2 lb. young okra
celery leaves
garlic cloves
2 3/4 c. water
sprigs of dill
1 2/3 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation

Scrub okra and pack whole into pint jars.
In each jar, insert a few celery leaves, 1 clove garlic (peeled) and 1 sprig of dill.
