Company Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced
4 c. chopped cooked chicken
1 lb. seedless green grapes
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. pineapple chunks
Preparation

Drain water chestnuts, then combine with chicken, grapes, celery and almonds.
Blend mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and soy sauce in the blender.
Then toss with chicken mixture. Serve pineapple chunks separately with the salad.
Yields 6 servings.
