Pecan Crispies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream the butter and shortening.
Gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy.
Add eggs; beat well.
Combine flour, salt and soda.
Add to creamed mixture; mix well.
Add pecans.
Drop by level tablespoon 2 inches apart onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Cool slightly before removing from pan.
