Chicken Toscana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer chicken
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. butter
3 to 4 cloves garlic
1/2 c. onion
2 c. white wine
1 can large pitted olives, drained
1 jar artichoke hearts
Preparation

Cut fryer; wash thoroughly and dry.
Salt and pepper fryer. Brown in oven at 370\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Turn so chicken browns evenly.
