Leg Of Lamb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boneless leg of lamb
salt and pepper to taste
1 can crabapples
1/3 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Place lamb in a shallow roasting pan.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast in a 325\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes per pound. Drain crabapples, reserving 3/4 cup syrup.
Combine reserved crabapple syrup with brown sugar.
Stir to blend.
Pour some sugar mixture over lamb 30 to 45 minutes before end of roasting time. Baste lamb frequently with sugar mixture during remainder of cooking period.
Garnish with crabapples.
Serves 10 to 12.
