Khubz(Yemen Bread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    2 tsp. yeast
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup flour with yeast in warm water.
    Cover the top of the container with a plate and keep in a warm place for 10 minutes.
    In a deep, wide container, sift the flour and pour the mixture of flour and yeast and mix well, adding warm water until it is thoroughly mixed and to a slightly soft consistency.
