Holladay Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. warm milk (115~)
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 pkg. dry yeast
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
7 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Add milk and yeast.
Knead on floured surface, making a soft dough.
Let rise until double in size.
Make into desired size buns and let rise again until double in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
