Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 to 2 c. mashed pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk, heated
2 large eggs or 4 yolks
2 Tbsp. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Blend together sugar, salt and spices.
Combine with pumpkin. Add beaten eggs.
Stir in hot milk.
Pour into 9-inch crust.
Bake in hot oven at 425\u00b0 until crust starts to brown around the edges (15 to 20 minutes).
Reduce heat to moderate oven at 350\u00b0 and bake for about 30 minutes.
Do not fill pie up to top.
