Marshmallow Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    sweet potatoes
    1 tsp. salt per potato
    3 Tbsp. butter per potato
    mini marshmallows
Preparation
    Cover sweet potatoes with boiling water and cook until soft. Peel and mash.
    To every 4 cups of mashed potatoes, add a scant teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons butter.
    Mix together.
    Cover top with marshmallows and set in oven until marshmallows melt and brown.
