20-Minute Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes with skin on
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 small red or green pepper, cut into strips
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 Tbsp. or more deli or stone-ground mustard
Preparation
    Boil potatoes 14 minutes or until tender, drain.
    Cut into bite-size pieces.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Refrigerate. Serves 6.
    Preparation time:
    20 minutes plus refrigerating.
