Grandma Hatfield'S Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or Crisco
    1 egg
    1/2 c. Sugar Twin
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. raisins (more if desired)
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add egg and vanilla and mix thoroughly with dry ingredients.
    Add raisins.
    Roll out or make roll and put in refrigerator to slice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned (10 to 12 minutes).
