Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chickens, cut up and skinned
    1 can apricots, sliced
    1 can chopped pineapple
    1 small bottle Russian dressing
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place in large casserole dish. Mix all ingredients. Pour over the chicken. Cover dish. Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0. Serve with rice.
