Potato Gnocchi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes (may use instant)
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. cheese or more
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Blend potatoes, eggs, flour and seasonings well together.
    Roll mixture into small balls.
    Drop into boiling water to cover and allow to simmer until they float to the surface; drain well.
    Place in a greased casserole, alternating with layers of grated cheese. Top with bread crumbs.
    Pour over melted butter.
    Brown in hot (400\u00b0) oven.
    Serves 8.
