Arroz Con Pollo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. fryer, cut in small pieces
1 lb. rice
2 medium onions, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
3 garlic cloves, smashed
1/2 c. tomato sauce
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 c. chicken broth
1 (8 oz.) can sweet peas
1 (4 oz.) can pimientos
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
juice of 1 lime
saffron
Preparation

Cut chicken in small portions.
Sprinkle with salt and lime juice.
Set aside for 1 hour.
