Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    1 onion, sliced thin
Preparation
    Cut steak up into pieces; dip in flour and fry both sides. Put into a roaster sprayed with Pam.
    Mix catsup and water.
    Pour over steak; put onions on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
