Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick oleo
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks oleo
4 bananas
1 large container of Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, cut up
1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

To make crust, use first 2 ingredients by melting oleo with crumbs.
Pat firmly into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix powdered sugar, eggs and oleo for 15 minutes with beater; pour into crust.
Slice bananas and arrange on top of mixture.
Top with pineapple and cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with nuts and cherries, cover and place in refrigerator, chilling overnight for best flavor.
