Hot Monterey Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 Tbsp. pepper sauce
    3 c. cooked rice
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 medium tomatoes, cut up
    1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Cook ground beef with taco seasoning.
    Add salt, lemon juice and pepper sauce to mayonnaise; mix well.
    Stir into meat mixture. Add rice, celery, green pepper, onion and tomatoes; mix well. Turn into 3-quart casserole sprayed with vegetable spray.
    Top with crushed corn chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 8.
