Griddle Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 egg, beaten
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients.
Stir well until smooth.
Start on high temperature, then reduce to medium heat.
