Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 onion
1 green pepper
Preparation

Clean and cut carrots.
Cook until tender, then cool. Boil sugar, oil, vinegar, mustard, sauce, salt and pepper. Add carrots. Remove from heat and add tomato soup (undiluted) onion (diced), and green pepper (diced). Cover and put in refrigerator. Marinate about 2-3 hours.
Then re-heat and serve.
