Stuffed Cabbage Rolls (Golambki) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sirloin
    1 lb. ground pork
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 head cabbage
    1 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 (10 oz.) cans tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter;\tcut out and discard hard center core of cabbage.
    Put cabbage
    in
    large pot of boiling water; boil until leaves are flexible
    and can easily be removed from head (need
    approximately
    18
    leaves).\tCombine cooked rice, sirloin, pork
    and
    sauteed\tonion.\tMix well and add salt and pepper
    to taste.
    Fill
    each\tleaf with prepared mixture and roll.
    Place cabbage
    rolls
    with folded sides down in a deep electric skillet. Pour
    2 cans of soup over rolls (do not add water).
    Add raisins.
    Cook
    at\tabout 350\u00b0 for about 2 hours until cabbage is tender.
