My "Sweet" Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour (self rising)
    1 c. yellow Aunt Jemima cornmeal (non self-rising)
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    milk to smooth texture
Preparation
    Mix flour, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, sugar, and egg together.
    Add milk until texture is smooth.
    Pour into \"hot\" black iron skillet with a little oil in bottom.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Good to serve with just butter and milk, or with your favorite soup!
