Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    salt, pepper and flour
    oleo
    1 clove garlic
    1 small onion
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
    2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sour cream
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Beat round steak with salt, pepper and flour; saute in oleo with garlic and onion for about 45 minutes.
    Add bouillon cubes, water, soups and mushrooms.
    Simmer several hours.
    Add sour cream just before serving over rice or noodles.
