Chocolate Truffle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 stick unsalted butter
    1 1/2 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. hot water
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of spring-form pan.
    Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler.
    Add flour, sugar and water; blend well.
    Beat egg whites until stiff, not dry, and set aside.
