Chicken Stew In Crock-Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. chicken breast
    3 (5.5 oz.) cans tomato juice
    2 (5.5 oz.) cans hot and spicy V-8 juice
    1 medium onion, quartered
    3 to 4 potatoes, quartered
    3 to 4 carrots, quartered
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on high 4 to 5 hours or until carrots are done.
