Aunt Effie'S Salad And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce
    1 bag fresh spinach
    2 (6 oz.) cans water chestnuts, sliced
    4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 (6 oz.) can bean sprouts
    1/2 c. fried crisp bacon, chopped
Preparation
    Tear lettuce and place in a large serving bowl.
    Tear spinach in small pieces.
    Place spinach in bowl and add all other ingredients; toss well.
    Pour salad dressing over all and toss thoroughly.
    This salad is better if made a couple of hours before serving and placed in refrigerator until time to serve.
