Cold Oven Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Break eggs into a bowl.
Add a cup of milk, flour and salt. Mix well.
Disregard small lumps.
Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full.
Put in oven.
Set control at 450\u00b0
in very hot oven. Turn on heat and bake 30 minutes without opening the oven door. Then open door and remove.
Really delicious and easy!!
