Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
3 or 4 ripe bananas
5 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
Beat well.
Add bananas; beat well.
Combine milk and vinegar; add to mixture.
Stir in salt, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla; add flour 1 cup at a time and last stir in nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Makes 1 large loaf of bread.
